A male model with credits for top clients including Prada and Yves Saint Laurent is facing charges after allegedly offering sexual favors to a cops in Arkansas in exchange for his release after being busted for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

The Smoking Gun writes: Nick Snider, 21, was busted early Monday morning after causing a disturbance at a female friend's home in Batesville, a city 90 miles north of Little Rock. According to an Independence County Sheriff's Department report, when deputies approached the intoxicated Snider, he stated, "I am a very famous model."

According to The Smoking Gun, deputy Brian Luetschwager alleged Snider kept trying to get him to stop the cop car. "Mr. Snider stated to me, 'If you stop I'll suck your dick and balls if you let me go.'"

Snider then allegedly offered sex to cops upon arriving at the local lockup. He also reportedly tried to bribe the booking jailer with sex.

After cops declined Snider’s offer, he was charged with illegally attempting to influence a public servant. He pleaded not guilty yesterday to the three misdemeanor counts during an appearance in Independence County District Court.

Forbes named Snider the fifth most successful male model in the world in 2008. He is due to walk on various runways when New York City's Fashion Week begins February 11.
